Eligibility
Participants must typically be at least 18 years old. This age may vary based on provincial regulations.
Participants must be residents of Canada.
Entry methods
Participants can enter in the raffle by filling out the above form. Once the participant is verified, they will receive a ticket number.
No purchase is necessary to enter into this raffle, i.e., no $ amount needs to be spent by the participant to enter into this raffle.
Each participant/person is allowed one entry only.
Prize
The winner of the raffle will receive a 100$ Canadian Amazon Gift Card.
The Gift card will be provided to the participant within 30 calendar days of announcing the winner. the participant agrees to allow for any administrative delays in the matter.
The name of the winning participant will be displayed on this website and all the linked social media channels.
Draw and Winner selection
The draw will be held on the date and time laid out on the form above.
Winner of the raffle will be selected randomly and the name of winner will be announced on the website
Winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the raffle
Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
Winner of the draw will be asked to provide personal information including an ID/ passport etc. Prize will be distributed only after verifying the identity of the winner.
Other General Terms
Winners are responsible for any taxes due on their winnings and are responsible for reporting to the relevant tax authorities.
By entering the raffle, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, disputes will be handled according to Raffliterature SOPs
Raffliterature and the owner(s) assume no liability and are not responsible for any harm or injuries related to the raffle or the prize.
Raffliterature retains the right to to modify or cancel the raffle if necessary, participants will be informed via an announcement on the website.
Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of the raffle and for marketing purposes.
This raffle is conducted in accordance to the laws of the province of Ontario.
